Download the claim form below—there’s a section for both you and your vet to complete.
Submit your claim form with supporting documents.
Email your completed form along with all required information mentioned on the form to claims.moopet@kainosint.com.
Receive your settlement directly to your bank account.
We typically settle covered claims within ten business days after receiving all the information.
NOTE: If we need more details, we’ll get back to you within five business days.
Your pet insurance is in good hands
MooPet is underwritten by Qatar Insurance Co. who is an insurer licensed and regulated by the Central Bank to act in the United Arab Emirates.
All Policies issued before 1 June 2026 were underwritten by Alliance Insurance, and policies issued on or after 1 June 2026 are underwritten by Qatar Insurance Co.
